CLOAK OF FOXES (coming Fall 2024) is a collective of musicians, visual artists, and designers created by producer Dutch Rall which incorporates elements of downtempo, synthwave, minimalism, and surrealistic rock to weave a sound and vision all their own.
Approaching the work with an open mind, COF draws on a mixed-media toolset of film, video, AI, or anything else at hand that may serve best to evoke a mood or to tell a story.
